Threes Android Review

Threes
The simplest concepts are sometimes the most difficult to explain. This is the case of Threes, a game full of numbers, but not a game of maths either. I promise to do my best to be as clear as possible.

The game screen consists of 12 squares each of which can accommodate an encrypted card. Initially you will only see one blue cards, red cards and two blank cards 3 The overall goal is to merge the cards in pairs to create a new one bearing a greater number. The first constraint is any beast. Maps 1 and 2 can not merge between them to give birth to 3 cards That makes sense, 1 + 2 = 3 3 A map can in turn merge with another card to turn 3 in card 6 (3 + 3 = 6). 6 cards can not merge with other cards 6 to form 12 with the range 12 12, 24 with 24, 48 with 48, and so on.

Rule 3

The second constraint is that the gameplay. It is possible to act on the maps that dragging in one of four directions. But be careful, a card never moves alone, is all visible cards after your move. And since there can come out of the gate, if two data cards have the opportunity, they will merge following the rules above. With each stroke, a new card is added to one of the empty boxes and the game ends when there is more space to accommodate new cards - which constantly forces the brain to démoëller to find the right combinations before displaying full. Points are then awarded based on the remaining cards on the grid and you're ready to start over. In this regard, note that past frustrations of the first parts, progress began to be felt with each new test. Better controlled its gate and tactics even put up with the ability to see the color of the next card to invade the grid. We know as well as if it is a credit card, it will be wise to make room next to a red card.

Just like its minimalist concept, Threes offers a simple, uncluttered realization. A nice music and small voting power of each card brings good humor, humor and personality to this numbers game. Clearly, these buttons are not too much to counter the relative coolness of the concept but are still insufficient to keep us more screen time. This in itself is not a problem since Threes is not intended to be played over long time slots, but rather in small sessions more or less regular.
